WRCC Approved by Weyburn City Council
29 Jan, 2019The Weyburn Recreation and Culture Centre (WRCC) announced plans for a multi-purpose facility that will offer sports, culture, recreation, and accessible opportunities to its community. The WRCC is owned and operated by the City of Weyburn and the adjacent elementary school will be owned and operated by the school division.
